We verify on a monthly basis your current wireless bill and provide you with a comprehensive and consolidated report. This allows you to look over the charges without having to read a novel.

WCG will handle all of your billing disputes with the carriers so you don’t have to. With monthly management, we can catch the miscellaneous fees that are easy to overlook and either alter your plan to avoid them (i.e. text messaging overages),  or get credits back on your behalf immediately.

In addition, WCG ensures that your company is getting the best plan out there – proactively modifying or changing your plan so you don’t have to worry about it. By having an extra set of eyes on your plan and bill each month, we can develop a usage pattern and help avoid unnecessary charges.
               
Since we are working toward your best interest we are completely unbiased with what carriers you have – in fact, we do the shopping for you.  Should you need help with any changeovers, we will compare all options that suit your needs and make a recommendation based on our working knowledge of your account and wireless history.
