We review a 3-month history of your existing accounts to provide an overview of your average spend and usage patterns. We will implement a detailed plan to fix wasteful spending and maximize savings; including changing to a better plan if necessary. Our initial review averages 25% savings.
We review your bills monthly; auditing for optimization of expenses. We will provide you a monthly email highlighting several key areas of usage and charges based on your plan. If we need to adjust, we will coordinate with your carrier for you to make those changes. This means any changes in usage behaviors that end up costing you more are caught each month. If there are any billing errors or adjustments needed, we work with your carrier for you to get those credits. It is estimated that 80% of all telecom bills contain errors – we put that money back in your pocket!

We have a Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution that we customize to your needs, installing it on all your company owned or Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) devices to help your organization maintain tighter security and control over your data. While we prefer you to stay with your current carrier, sometimes needs change and we will provide you a comprehensive comparison of the available carriers in your local area that would best suit your needs. If you end up changing, we are right there to work with your end users during the transition of data to their new devices.
We can design and send custom accounting reports of billable charges to help your accounts payable team assign costs to different divisions of your organization; breaking down hundreds of pages into a simple excel sheet. With some carriers, we can even have their monthly statements arrive with cost center organization right on the bill. In addition, we retain records for the life of every client, so if you need call history for a user down the road, or in real time, we can provide those.
